A delicious and quick sandwich with salmon and avocado is a real vitamin bomb for those who want to regain strength and have a tasty snack. Delicate cheese, red fish, sweet avocado and crispy radish create an unbeatable quartet that is impossible to tear yourself away from.
Ingredients:
- White bread – 2 slices
- Slightly salted salmon – 50 g
- 9% sour milk cheese – 50 g
- Avocado – 50 g
- Radish – 2 pcs.
- Dill – 10 g
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Directions:
- Knead the cottage cheese well with a fork until it becomes a homogeneous, thick mass. Add chopped dill, salt, and pepper to it, and mix everything thoroughly. In the meantime, toast the bread in a toaster.
- Wash and peel the radish, peel the avocado, and cut the flesh into thin slices. Cut the radish in the same way. Spread the cheese mass on the bottom slice of bread, spread the radish, avocado, and salmon. Also, spread the other slice of bread with cheese and place it on top of the red fish.
