Scrambled Eggs With Bacon

Perhaps the most popular option for breakfast is scrambled eggs. It is loved for its quick preparation and high protein content. We offer you to prepare a keto version of breakfast, namely scrambled eggs with bacon. It is rich not only in protein, but also in fats, which is important for a keto diet.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Bacon – 75 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs.
  • Parsley – optional
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.

Directions:

  1. Cut the strips of bacon into 3-4 parts. Fry in a dry pan over medium heat until the bacon is crispy.
  2. Put the bacon on a plate, and break the eggs into the remaining hot fat. Cook them to the desired state, if necessary, break the yolk, and cover the pan with a lid.
  3. Place fried bacon on serving plates. Add salt and pepper to the eggs and place them on the plates next to the bacon.
  4. Put cherry tomatoes in a hot pan. Fry them for 5-6 minutes and put them on plates. Garnish the finished dish with chopped parsley.
