Spicy Sandwich With Mushrooms And Cheese

In this savory sandwich, fragrant roasted mushrooms pair perfectly with hard cheese, and arugula adds a delicious tang.

Ingredients:

  • White bread – 2 slices
  • Champignons – 80 g
  • Cheese – 30 g
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Arugula – 20 g
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a hot frying pan, add thinly sliced champignons, and fry over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms.
  2. Dry the slices of bread in a toaster. Spread grated cheese, mushrooms, and arugula on one slice, and just cheese on the other. Assemble the sandwich, place on a dry frying pan, cover, and fry over low heat until the cheese melts.
