Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed Paste With Flax and Chia Seeds

Sunflower and pumpkin seed paste with flax and chia seeds is a unique delicacy with an extraordinary range of useful substances. Among them: healthy fats, vegetable protein, antioxidants, and macro- and microelements necessary for the normal functioning of the body. At the same time, they are perfectly absorbed due to the grinding of the seeds.

Ingredients:

  • Sunflower seeds – 950 g
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp

Directions:

  1. Place the sunflower seeds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
  2. Add the roasted seeds to the blender bowl and grind until paste-like (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add salt, sugar, chia seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Grind until smooth. If desired, add a little more salt or sugar to taste.
  4. The finished paste of sunflower and pumpkin seeds with flax and chia seeds has a pleasant oily texture with a pronounced taste of seeds.
