Sunflower and pumpkin seed paste with flax and chia seeds is a unique delicacy with an extraordinary range of useful substances. Among them: healthy fats, vegetable protein, antioxidants, and macro- and microelements necessary for the normal functioning of the body. At the same time, they are perfectly absorbed due to the grinding of the seeds.
Ingredients:
- Sunflower seeds – 950 g
- Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
- Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
- Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1/3 tsp
Directions:
- Place the sunflower seeds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Don’t forget to stir occasionally.
- Add the roasted seeds to the blender bowl and grind until paste-like (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add salt, sugar, chia seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Grind until smooth. If desired, add a little more salt or sugar to taste.
- The finished paste of sunflower and pumpkin seeds with flax and chia seeds has a pleasant oily texture with a pronounced taste of seeds.
