Sweet Pizza

Sweet pizza is a unique variation of the popular Italian dish, served as a dessert. In addition to its excellent taste, its features include the simplicity of the recipe, the speed of preparation, the spectacular presentation, and the use of available ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Apple – 120 g
  • Raisins – 20 g
  • Sugar – 10 g
  • Butter – 5 g
  • Pizza dough – 180 g
  • Wheat flour – 15 g
  • Almonds – 20 g
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/3 tsp
  • Cream 30% – to taste
  • Mint – 1 sprig

Directions:

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut them into thin slices. Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes. Coarsely chop the almonds with a knife.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Put the apples in and sprinkle with sugar. Cook over medium heat, turning the slices occasionally, for 6-8 minutes. Reduce the heat if necessary to prevent the apples from burning. Sprinkle with raisins, cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a round layer about 5 mm thick.
  4. Put the apple mixture on top of the dough. Important! Leave 2-3 cm from the edge.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 250°C for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, garnish the finished sweet pizza with crushed almonds, whipped cream, and mint leaves.
  6. Serve the finished sweet pizza warm.
