Toast With Turkey And Quail Eggs

The minimal cholesterol content, dietary value, and easy digestibility make turkey an ideal product for the  healthy nutrition of children. Combined with quail eggs, rich in selenium and iron, it is a healthy and satisfying filling for morning toasts for every day.

Ingredients:

  • Bread for toast – 1 pc.
  • Turkey meat – 150 g
  • Quail eggs – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Cheese – 50 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 1 pc.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Lettuce leaves – 1 pc.

Directions:

  1. Put the turkey meat in boiling water, add a pinch of salt, and cook for about 25–30 minutes.
  2. Boil the quail egg in boiling water for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Place a slice of toasted bread in a dry frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Brush with butter.
  4. Place lettuce leaves, turkey meat, cherry halves, and quail egg on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
