Zucchini With Cheese In The Oven

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini 2 pcs.
  • Cream cheese 350 g
  • Cheese 200 g
  • Olives 40 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Parsley – to taste
  • Dill – to taste
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • Olive oil 1 tsp.

For baking

  • Cheese to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Grate the cheese (200 g) on ​​a coarse grater. Finely chop parsley and dill.
  2. Put the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Add cream cheese here. Add salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut lengthwise. If you use zucchini with a thick skin, remove it. With the help of a spoon, remove the pulp, leaving walls approximately 1 cm thick. Fill the resulting blanks with cheese filling.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut the olives into rings. Put them on the cheese filling.
  5. Put the blanks on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil, and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then carefully remove the form, sprinkle the zucchini with grated cheese, and send it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  6. Ready zucchini with cheese is best served hot, topped with your favorite sauces, for example, mustard or tomato. Zucchini is incredibly tender when baked. Their neutral taste is complemented by cream and hard cheese, as well as salty olives.
